The Role: Learning and Development Specialist - Commercial

As a Learning and Development Specialist within our commercial team, you will play a vital role in shaping the development of our workforce. You will collaborate closely with the Learning and Development Manager to design, deliver, and evaluate impactful learning programs that align with the company's strategic goals.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute engaging learning strategies and programs tailored to the specific needs of our commercial teams.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to identify learning requirements and design relevant training interventions.
  • Deliver a variety of training formats, including online courses, workshops, and mentoring sessions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices in learning and development.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for learning and development.
