About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled IT Service Desk Professional to join our team at CV-Library in Newcastle. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service and technical support via multiple channels.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Engineering
