Job Summary: As a Guest Service Receptionist at Sandman Signature Newcastle Hotel, you will provide exceptional guest experiences by delivering warm and memorable service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests in navigating hotel facilities and services, providing recommendations for local attractions and dining.
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, ensuring all guest information is confidential and secure.
  • Uphold the highest standards of guest service, ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for check-in/out procedures.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


About You:
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on excellent customer service.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the salary range for this position to be between £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
