- Deliver prompt and efficient IT support to users across multiple sites.
- Respond to and manage support tickets via the service desk with professionalism and expertise.
- Configure new laptops, hardware, and user Remote Desktop/VDI instances, ensuring seamless setup processes.
- Assist users with password resets and login issues using Active Directory, providing expert guidance.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware-related IT issues, escalating complex problems to 2nd/3rd line support when necessary for swift resolution.
- Maintain IT systems and manage inventory to guarantee uninterrupted operations.
- Support the IT team during out-of-hours maintenance, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
- Possess a relevant IT qualification (HNC or higher), demonstrating technical expertise.
- Demonstrate customer service experience in an IT support role, highlighting ability to engage users effectively.
- Display strong knowledge of Microsoft products and general IT concepts, underpinning success in this role.
- Excel in verbal communication, able to interact with both technical and non-technical users with clarity and confidence.
- Demonstrate organizational and time-management skills, prioritizing tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines.
