IT Service Desk Professional

Candidates with a qualification in Information Technology and/or equivalent work experience are encouraged to apply for this challenging position. As a Technical IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for responding to ITSM tickets, providing first-line support, and maintaining end-to-end ownership of issues.
The successful candidate will possess a good technical background, including knowledge of common software packages, such as Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Azure, and Office 365. They will also have a broad understanding of IT infrastructures, experience with desktop operating systems, and knowledge of basic computer hardware.
Requirements
