  • Location: Oxford (Hybrid Working - 2 days in office)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Generalist to join our innovative Series A Biotech company. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in transforming people operations and driving initiatives that shape a thriving organisational culture.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, across global locations. You will also oversee UK benefits programs, contribute to global benefits renewals, and design and drive performance reviews, goal setting, and professional development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee lifecycle processes, ensuring seamless transitions across global sites.
  • Optimise HR systems, guaranteeing data accuracy and compliance with GDPR regulations.
  • Lead UK benefits programs, collaborating with teams to promote integration and culture alignment.
  • Develop and implement performance management frameworks, driving employee growth and development.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in HR generalism, preferably within a scaling biotech business.
  • Strong track record in managing performance management and benefits programs.
  • Ability to analyse HR data, informing strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent organisational and relationship-building skills.
