About the Role
  • Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 per annum
  • Location: Oxford (Hybrid Working - 2 days in office)

The ideal candidate will have strong generalist HR experience within a scaling biotech business. They should be able to analyse and use HR data to inform decision-making, as well as design and drive performance reviews, goal setting, and professional development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training, and offboarding.
  • Optimise HR systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance with GDPR regulations.
  • Oversee UK benefits programs and contribute to global benefits renewals.
  • Design and drive performance reviews, goal setting, and professional development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with teams across locations to promote integration and culture alignment.
