At Seekhr, we are driving cutting-edge advancements in healthcare with our innovative Series A Biotech company. As a key member of our team, the Standalone People Partner will play a vital role in transforming people operations and optimising employee lifecycle processes.
About the Role- Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 per annum
- Location: Oxford (Hybrid Working - 2 days in office)
The ideal candidate will have strong generalist HR experience within a scaling biotech business. They should be able to analyse and use HR data to inform decision-making, as well as design and drive performance reviews, goal setting, and professional development initiatives.

The successful candidate will be adaptable to a dynamic start-up culture with a hands-on approach. They will oversee UK benefits programs, contribute to global benefits renewals, and manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding across global locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training, and offboarding.
- Optimise HR systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance with GDPR regulations.
- Oversee UK benefits programs and contribute to global benefits renewals.
- Design and drive performance reviews, goal setting, and professional development initiatives.
- Collaborate with teams across locations to promote integration and culture alignment.
