We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our Talent team at Ellison Institute, LLC. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Specialist, ensuring a smooth recruitment process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate interviews, manage candidate records, and maintain data integrity within the ATS.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop and post job advertisements across various platforms, ensuring adherence to UK regulations and alignment with our employer brand.
  • Manage and maintain accurate recruitment records, ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Support event planning and execution, including career fairs and open days.
Essential Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software, including ATS, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
