Human Resources Generalist Associate

We are seeking an accomplished HR Administrative Assistant to join NIO's UK office. As part of our dynamic HR team, you will deliver exceptional HR support services, including implementing employee engagement initiatives, facilitating new starter inductions, and providing assistance with payroll, employee lifecycle, and employee relations matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch HR support to employees on various matters.
- Collaborate with the HR team to design and execute employee engagement strategies.
- Engage with the employee representative group, focusing on HR-related topics and driving positive change.
- Demonstrate expertise in managing first-day HR Inductions for new starters.
- Support the recruitment process, including advertising, screening, and other hiring activities.
- Analyze exit interview data and provide actionable insights to drive improvement.
- Contribute to headcount planning and forecasting to inform strategic decisions.
- Expertly manage the UK HR inbox and respond to employee inquiries in a timely manner.
- Prepare and issue visa application invitations and employment confirmation letters.
- Stay up-to-date with UK HR regulations and update policies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Relevant degree in HR or business required.
- Native-level proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a valuable asset.
Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
