The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team to implement HR systems, develop policies and procedures, and build a positive workplace culture.

This is a Part Time role with a flexible schedule, approximately 25-30 hours per week. The FTE salary range for this position is circa $38,000, which would then be pro rata for part time hours.

As a Strategic HR Consultant, you'll take on a generalist role where you'll wear many hats and tackle a variety of tasks. This could include HR Advisor, HR Manager, HR Officer, or similar roles in your previous experience.
