An exciting opportunity has become available for a Payroll Specialist to join our growing team. This key role supports the day-to-day HR functions and payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll, maintenance of employee records and assisting with benefits management. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisation skills, confidentiality and an understanding of UK payroll regulations.

  • Generalist HR: Support the HR Manager and HR team with day to day HR tasks such as maintaining accurate employee records including new hires, terminations, sickness records and contract changes. Respond and support with employee queries related to payroll, benefits and HR policies.
  • Recruitment: Assist the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • HR Systems and Software: Proficiency with HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and onboarding tools. Maintain payroll processing systems and records.
  • Payroll: Administering and processing monthly payroll, including calculations for statutory payments. Coordinate with Finance to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance. Process new starter payroll information in line with onboarding process.
Job Details

Salary: £31,500 per annum + bonus + travel allowance.
