Role and Responsibilities

The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support throughout the employee life cycle. Key tasks include maintaining employee records and HR database, ensuring GDPR compliance, and utilising HR systems to provide stakeholders with relevant data and insights.

Key Accountabilities
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR database with adherence to GDPR.
  • Local Subject Matter Expert for the HRIS system.
  • Utilise HR systems (once launched) to ensure stakeholders (Finance, Benefit Brokers, Payroll etc.) have relevant data & MI as required.
