About the Job
Wade Macdonald is currently seeking an experienced HR professional to join their small team in Central Oxford.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR administration and excellent organisational skills. Familiarity with HRIS is a bonus. You will have a professional and customer-focused approach, with a willingness to progress in your HR career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing recruitment support, including handling DBS and RTW checks and contracts.
- Acting as a point of contact for employees and advising on HR-related queries.
- Working on a range of HR projects and case work.
What We Offer:
This role offers a competitive salary of £14.00 per hour + holiday pay, with the potential to develop into a permanent position and grow into an advisory capacity.
