HR Generalist

HRLife Ltd is seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join their team in Oxford. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for supporting the full recruitment process, from creating and posting job adverts to preparing offer letters and contracts.
The ideal candidate will have previous HR experience, preferably in a UK based company, working towards their CIPD and be hungry to learn, do a great job and work with brilliant people.
This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus 20% bonus, healthcare, pension and CIPD sponsorship too.
In this dynamic and growing business, you will be part of a small HR team looking after UK and European employees, ensuring they are well looked after, performing well and engaged.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the recruitment process, including creating job adverts, coordinating interviews and preparing offer letters.
- Organising engagement and well-being events, promoting new initiatives and communicating with employees.
- Maintaining employee records, managing starters and leavers, coordinating with payroll and providing reports and data for Managers.
- Updating HR policies as needed and being the HRIS expert, training managers as required.
