Job Title: HR/People Operations Lead

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our People Operations function in Oxford, working on a hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office.

This is a stand-alone generalist HR role encompassing all aspects of the employee life cycle while ensuring and improving the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of core HR processes, including talent reviews, performance management, and reward programs
  • Partner with hiring managers and external agencies to execute the recruitment strategy
  • Develop and implement a first-class onboarding experience
  • Contribute to payroll processing and benefits renewals
  • Promote and lead health and wellbeing initiatives
  • Embed company values across all HR processes
About the Role:

This opportunity allows you to work for a pioneering biotech that makes a real difference to people's lives. We value candidates with previous experience operating at HR Business Partner / Manager level in dynamic small businesses within the biotech / tech sector.

We seek a people-centred professional who enjoys operationally focused HR roles and can build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
