Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at Starbucks in Cambridge. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of baristas and shift leaders to ensure high standards of customer service and product quality
- Monitor and control inventory levels, manage cash handling and banking procedures, and maintain accurate records of stock and waste
- Lead by example, maintaining a positive attitude and promoting a culture of respect and teamwork among colleagues
- Prepare coffee, food, and other beverages in line with formula standards and ensure compliance with health and safety policies
