Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to telecom products and services.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team.
  • Manage escalations with empathy and ensure positive resolutions.
  • Identify and report recurring issues to improve processes and the customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role is essential.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic telecom technologies is advantageous.

Location and Salary:
