Job Description: Car Park Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Car Park Services Coordinator to assist in the operation of our off-street car parks in Cambridge. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing car park facilities, issuing equipment to users, and providing excellent customer service.

Main Tasks:
* Manage car park facilities, including cleaning and maintenance
* Issue equipment to users, such as wheelchairs and scooters
* Provide customer support and answer queries

Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role
* Proficiency in using computerized systems

Salary: £84 per hour (PAYE)

This is a temporary role with a fixed-term contract.
