Job Description:

Educated Appointments is seeking an experienced Assessor/Trainer - Electrical Installations to support the delivery of electrical installations training programs at an Ofsted-rated 'GOOD' college.

This full-time opportunity comes with a competitive salary range of £45,000-£55,000 per annum, reflecting the market rate and location.

Main Objectives:
  • Coordinate and track individual apprentice progress, ensuring seamless delivery of electrical installations training programs.
  • Set and monitor individual apprentice targets, providing developmental support throughout the apprenticeship.
  • Provide mentoring for End Point Assessment, ensuring apprentices achieve successful completion of programs.
Essential Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification in Building Services/Heating and Ventilation.
  • Relevant industry experience, including assessing and IQA qualifications.
  • Experience in training, coaching, mentoring, or assessing in an educational or industry setting.
  • Excellent planning, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in various IT systems.
  • Flexible and possessing a valid driving license.
