Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a skilled and experienced construction professional to fill the role of Apprenticeship Coach. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with 30 apprentices, guiding them through their construction qualifications and providing mentorship and support to help them achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction and live within a 15-mile radius of Cambridge. A competitive salary of £27,000 - £28,000 per annum, plus benefits such as free onsite parking and 45 days holiday, makes this an attractive opportunity for anyone looking to transition into a coaching position.
