Cambridge Region Early Years Apprenticeship Mentor Sought

We are seeking an exceptional Early Years Apprenticeship Mentor to join our team in the Cambridge region. This hybrid role involves working from home and travelling to local early years settings across a designated geographical area.

As an Early Years Apprenticeship Mentor, you will be responsible for guiding apprentices through their Level 2, Level 3, or Level 5 Early Years Apprenticeships in early years education. The ideal candidate will have experience working within further education or hold the occupational competency of Level 5 Early Years (Management).

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing individualized support and guidance to apprentices.
  • Coordinating training and assessment activities to ensure learners achieve their apprenticeship goals.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and deliver high-quality training programs.
