We are seeking a skilled Apprenticeship Training Coordinator to lead our construction apprenticeship program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and guidance to our apprentices.

The successful candidate will have a broad construction background and live within a 15-mile radius of Cambridge. They should be motivated to help others develop their skills and knowledge.

The role involves mentoring apprentices with T1, T2, and T3 construction qualifications, providing full training, and working with construction companies. You will work closely with 30 apprentices in the area.

The company offers a competitive salary of £26,000-£28,000, 45 days holiday, and a 28% pension scheme. Additionally, you will benefit from excellent progression opportunities and free onsite parking.
