We are seeking a talented Early Years Apprenticeship Tutor to join our team in Cambridge. As a Tutor and Mentor in Early Childhood Development, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Early Years Education.

About the Opportunity:

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of Early Years learners. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training, mentoring, and supporting apprentices to achieve their program goals and ensure timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date industry knowledge to share with apprentices
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver training programs for a caseload of 40 apprentices
  • Mentor and support apprentices to achieve their program goals and ensure timely completion
  • Conduct remote webinars and provide tutorial support on various topics
