Our esteemed institution seeks an Apprenticeship Mentor to provide guidance and support to learners through their training and qualification pathways.

About the Role:

  • Manage a caseload of learners, providing high-quality training, coaching, and assessment to ensure timely completion of apprenticeships/qualifications.
  • Conduct initial assessments to determine learner readiness and create tailored individual learning plans.
  • Design and deliver effective training and coaching, covering key skills comprehensively at college and employer sites.
  • Provide constructive feedback and monitor learner progression.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to college and awarding body standards.

Requirements:

  • GCSE grade 4 (C) or equivalent in Maths and English.
  • Relevant Level 3 qualification and commitment to continuous professional development.
