Main Job Description:
- Deliver consistently good or better teaching sessions incorporating an effective range of learning strategies and technologies that enable outstanding learning outcomes.
- Design, develop, and maintain teaching resources to ensure the best experience for learners.
- Maintain safe working practices and a safe environment for learners.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven ability to coordinate employability skills program delivery for students across various sector-specific programs.
- Strong recruitment and selection support skills to build strong relationships with partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive staff benefits package. Our client's specialist vocational facilities are equipped with the latest technology and industry-standard equipment.
