Lead Nursery Educator Opportunity

Bright Horizons Long Road Nursery seeks an experienced Lead Nursery Educator to contribute to the growth and development of our dedicated team.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement stimulating educational programs tailored to each child's unique needs, driving progress towards developmental milestones
  • Carefully observe, record, and reflect on children's learning progress, informing future planning decisions
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers, ensuring open and effective communication
  • Ensure the highest standards of child care and protection, adhering to established policies and procedures
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification (essential)
  • Prior experience working with children, preferably in a similar capacity
  • Demonstrated passion for creating engaging and enjoyable learning experiences for each child
  • Proven ability to establish strong relationships with colleagues and parents alike
  • Thorough knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and related legislative requirements
