Job Description
The Childcare Specialist will work in a residential setting with children and young people with severe learning disabilities. This role involves providing high levels of care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being. The successful candidate will work as part of a close-knit team, developing relationships with residents, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.

About the Role
* Provide personal care needs, such as washing, dressing, and meal preparation
* Conduct regular checks throughout the night to ensure resident safety and security
* Assist with daily activities, such as laundry and cleaning
* Develop relationships with residents, their families, and other professionals involved in their care

Key Benefits
* £20 per hour (plus £25 per night shift) competitive salary with opportunities for flexible hours

Salary Estimate: Approximately £38,000 - £43,000 per annum based on 40 hours per week.
