N Family Club is seeking an experienced and passionate Childcare Specialist to join our team in Cambridge. As a key member of our nursery, you will play a vital role in delivering our 'learning through play' educational ethos and bespoke curriculum.


Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in Early Years education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. You will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences, observing and assessing child development, and collaborating with our dedicated team to provide exceptional care and education.

We offer a competitive salary range of £24,700 - £28,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as a performance-related bonus, flexible working hours, and comprehensive training opportunities.
