Childcare Specialist

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team at Randstad. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of young children and contributing to their growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Activity Planning: Develop and implement engaging activities that cater to the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social needs of children.
- Child Safety: Ensure the health and well-being of all children in the nursery, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive team dynamic.
- Progress Tracking: Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development, providing valuable insights for parents and educators.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to create a positive and inclusive nursery environment, promoting a culture of mutual respect and support.
Requirements:
- A Level 3 qualification or equivalent in childcare is essential.
- Solid knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) is required.
- Experience working with children and a proven ability to work well within a team.
- A DBS on the update service is necessary, and a willingness to undergo a DBS check if not already in place.
