We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Care Specialist to join our team at Nurse Seekers. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality early years education and care to young children.
Main Responsibilities:
- To ensure all children have access to the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework and implement planning accordingly.
- To foster the development, safety, and welfare of children, including positive behavior management.
- To understand and adhere to the nursery's safeguarding policy and procedures.
- To work collaboratively with the team to plan, prepare, and deliver activities tailored to individual children's needs, including those with special educational needs.
- To contribute to creating a welcoming, happy, safe, and friendly environment for all.
- To develop awareness and understanding of religious, ethnic, and cultural differences and incorporate these into activities and the daily routine.
