  • To ensure all children have access to the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework and implement planning accordingly.
  • To foster the development, safety, and welfare of children, including positive behavior management.
  • To understand and adhere to the nursery's safeguarding policy and procedures.
  • To work collaboratively with the team to plan, prepare, and deliver activities tailored to individual children's needs, including those with special educational needs.
