The Role

">

This role involves working as part of a nursery team, caring for babies and children up to the age of 5.

">

You'll have daily adventures with our children through interactive play, activities, reading, and helping them develop their curious minds through the learning curriculum.

">

You will communicate with parents daily on their child's activities.

">

You'll provide a caring and supportive environment where the children feel safe and looked after.

">

You'll support colleagues in encouraging the children's development towards key milestones.

">

You'll promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding.

">

Your Qualifications

">

No previous experience working with children is essential, but it's ideal if you have any relevant experience.

">

You'll need to be passionate about making learning fun and engaging for each child.

">

You'll need to be able to build trust and strong working relationships with both colleagues and parents.

">

You'll need to be able to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults.

">

You'll need to have a sound understanding of child protection and the safeguarding of children.
