**Job Description:** Childcare Specialist Lead

We are seeking an experienced Childcare Specialist to lead our childcare team in Cambridgeshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare and education, as well as excellent leadership and management skills.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of childcare practice. You will also work closely with other professionals to deliver training and development programs for staff.

In addition to your professional expertise, we are looking for someone who is passionate about promoting the well-being and development of children. **Salary:** £41,355 - £48,728 per annum (dependent on experience)
