Job Overview

Austin Fraser is seeking an experienced professional to lead our apprenticeship program, providing high-quality support to apprentices and building relationships with employers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions to support apprentices' overall learning and development.
  2. Provide exceptional support to apprentices, ensuring they reach their goals on time.
  3. Build and maintain professional relationships with employers to secure repeat business and ensure seamless training and assessment.
What We're Looking For
  1. Experience in apprenticeship delivery is desirable, but Austin Fraser offers full training to exceptional candidates.
  2. A commitment to providing outstanding training and support to apprentices.

Please note that this role requires regular travel to organisations around Cambridgeshire and surrounding counties. A full, clean driving licence and access to your own transport are essential for this position.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, employees will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including a bonus scheme and opportunities for professional development.
