About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate SEN educator to join our dedicated team in Cambridge. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students, providing tailored support to ensure their academic and personal development.

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to individual learning styles and requirements.
  • Collaborate with other staff members, including teaching assistants and SEN coordinators.
  • Help develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver lessons that meet the needs of students with Special Educational Needs.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs for students.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) and experience working with children with Special Educational Needs.
  • A compassionate, patient, and flexible approach to teaching.
  • A genuine passion for helping children achieve their best in both academic and social settings.
