Special Education Needs Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated individual to support children with autism and other complex needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pupils who require additional support and have the ability to work flexibly.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-to-one support to children with complex and difficult needs
- Maintain a patient and professional demeanor when interacting with pupils
- Have training or previous experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Ensure daily travel to and from school is manageable using personal transport
- Previous experience working with SEN pupils is preferred but not essential
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 1:30pm
