Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Manager to join our team at Advance Training & Recruitment Services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects across Eastern England, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating activities of construction and associated works with other disciplines
  • Delivering construction work safely to the level of quality expected by the company and the Client
  • Controlling all on-site technical activities and manpower
  • Rail engineering coordination across sites and work packages
  • Office-based coordination

Requirements

  • Comprehensive understanding of rail engineering
  • Safety Management training
