Civil Engineering Project Lead

Carnell is a dynamic UK-based company seeking a skilled Civil Engineering Project Lead to join their team.
This role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality civil engineering projects within National Highways Area 14, adhering to strict time, cost, and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of working on high-speed roads and in a civil engineering environment.
Responsibilities include managing site works, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and promoting a positive work environment for Carnell employees and agency labourers.
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in civil engineering project management
- Knowledge of CDM regulations and principal contractor duties
- Familiarity with National Highways specifications
- Ability to conduct ITP quality checks
- CSCS supervisor card
- SMSTS certification
- CAT & Genny training
- First aid certification
