Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of engineers, with plans to expand in the coming year. Guide, mentor, and oversee team deliverables to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage and Civil 3D software for design work. Apply expertise in producing and reviewing Section 278, Section 38, and Section 104 agreements.
- Project Delivery: Write and review Flood Risk Assessments (FRAs) and deliver high-quality technical designs. Oversee and contribute to CAD drawings to ensure accurate and efficient project documentation.
- Versatile Engineer: Take advantage of the role's unique opportunity to broaden your skillset, working across all project phases. This position is ideal for an engineer looking to be involved in every aspect of project delivery, from technical design to team management and client engagement.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong proficiency in MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage, Civil 3D, and CAD, with experience writing FRAs and a solid understanding of relevant Section agreements (S278, S38, S104).
- Ability to work in a small office environment, taking initiative and adapting to varied project needs.
