Civil Engineering Team Manager Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Pavement Engineer to lead our team in the East region. The successful candidate will have expertise in asset management, highway infrastructure design, and construction delivery methods, with strong knowledge of DMRB standards and CDM 2015.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of pavement renewal schemes.
  • Manage the activities and resources involved in identifying and developing early solutions for pavement assets.
  • Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to coordinate works across the region.

Requirements: A Chartered or Incorporated Engineer with expertise in asset management and highway infrastructure design, strong knowledge of DMRB standards, and experience in highway infrastructure design, construction, and delivery methods.

Salary and Benefits: £44,260 - £49,630 per annum, plus flexible hybrid working, contributory pension scheme, annual leave starting at 26 days (plus Bank Holidays), life assurance, health and wellbeing support, and a cycle to work scheme.
