Civil Engineer Specialist

Advance TRS is seeking a seasoned Civil Engineer / CRE with a strong civils background to deliver engineering and technical excellence for a rail project in Eastern England. This full-time, permanent position involves working both in the office and on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and adapt project technical instructions for Civil Engineering to ensure efficient and safe project methodology and installation activities.
- Ensure risk assessment and mitigation plans are adhered to, effectively managing technical risks.
- Support project teams with tendering activities, ensuring robust and cost-effective Civil Engineering implementation strategies.
Requirements:
- Five years of relevant experience within civils/construction.
- Previous experience as a CRE.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Civil Engineering) is desirable.
This role would be ideal for an existing Civil CRE within the rail civil environment. The estimated salary for this position is around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
