Early Years Apprenticeship Program Coordinator

The successful candidate will have experience up to Level 5 (Management) and current industry knowledge, along with a full driver's license and use of their own vehicle. This position includes planning, coordinating, mentoring, and supporting training and assessment for apprentices in the Early Years Education sector.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct skills reviews with apprentices and employers to identify gaps and provide targeted support
- Develop and deliver high-quality training programs that cater to individual needs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Maintain accurate records and reports on apprentice progress and outcomes
Requirements:
- Hold a qualification or experience up to Level 5 (Management)
- Possess current industry knowledge and expertise in Early Years education
- A full driver's license and use of own vehicle
