Apprenticeship Tutor for Early Years Education

We are seeking an experienced Early Years Educator to join our team as an Early Years Educator and Trainer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and support to our apprentices in the Early Years Education sector.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Early Years sector, with experience in planning, coordinating, and mentoring apprentices. You will be expected to deliver workplace training covering Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours, as well as providing tutorial support on various topics.
We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including 28 days' holiday plus bank holidays, healthcare plan, and life insurance.
The successful candidate will be required to hold a qualification or experience in the Early Years sector, hold Level 2 Numeracy and Literacy qualifications, and have a full driving licence. An assessor qualification and IV/IQA qualification would be desirable.
