Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Trainer Assessor to join our team at KM Education Recruitment Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and supporting learners working towards the Early Years Apprenticeships up to Level 5.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering training programmes using a range of methods including Microsoft Teams and face-to-face sessions.
  • Managing diaries to ensure timely assessments and reviews.
  • Developing schemes of work and maintaining documentation on learner progress.
  • Supporting, advising and motivating learners to achieve their goals.

We require candidates with:

  • A recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA).
  • Experience of delivering Childcare Apprenticeships (New Standards).
  • Solid occupational experience within Early Years Childcare at Management level.
  • A Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years.
  • A full driving licence and use of own vehicle.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.
