Early Years Development Assistant

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of children in areas such as cognitive development, motor skills, and social & emotional development.

Salary: £90-£100 per day
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
- Create a safe and inclusive environment that promotes children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Support the early stages of development through targeted activities and interventions.
- Develop engaging activities that foster motor skills development.
Requirements:
- Strong passion for working with early years and commitment to supporting children's growth.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of the EYFS Curriculum and ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Flexibility and reliability in a dynamic environment.
