**About the Role:**

We are seeking an individual with a background in Construction to guide the next generation through their apprenticeship. As a Construction Skills Mentor, you will work with 30 apprentices in the area who are going through their T1, T2, and T3 construction qualifications.

This is a brilliant opportunity to make a real difference to people's lives while enjoying a competitive salary and excellent benefits package. The successful candidate will have a broad construction background and be looking to move into a coaching role.

The job requires working closely with apprentices to develop their skills and knowledge. You will be responsible for guiding them through their apprenticeship journey, providing feedback and support as needed.

The location is Milton, Cambridge, and the salary range is £26,000 - £28,000 + Full training provided + 28% Pension + Free onsite parking + Progression + 45 days holiday. We expect the ideal candidate to live within a 15 miles radius of Cambridge.
