About the Role
Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is currently seeking a skilled electrical installation expert to join our team as an Apprentice Trainer. As a trainer, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of electrical professionals by guiding and mentoring apprentices through their qualifications.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced electricians or electrical installation engineers looking to transition into a trainer role. You will work closely with 30 apprentices at various stages of their electrical installation journey, providing coaching, assessment, and mentorship to ensure they achieve their goals.

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive annual salary of £41,500 (estimated), comprising a base salary of £39,000 - £42,000, plus additional benefits including a 23% pension contribution, hybrid working arrangements, and opportunities for growth and development.
