We are seeking a highly skilled Trainer Assessor in Electrical Installation to join our team at Pertemps Newcastle. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering expert training, coaching, mentoring, and assessment to ensure the successful completion of apprenticeship programmes and qualifications.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  1. Training and Learner Support
    • Manage an agreed caseload of learners, providing high-quality training and support both at College and in the workplace.
    • Design training plans incorporating Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours (KSBs) to prepare learners for Gateway and End Point Assessment (EPA).
  2. Instruction and Assessment
    • Deliver engaging training sessions to develop learner KSBs and ensure EPA readiness.
    • Maintain detailed records and adhere to quality assurance processes, managing e-portfolios and assessment documentation.
    • Maintain an electronic diary of workplace visits, adhering to lone working policies.
    • Ensure off-the-job training is planned, tracked, and effectively monitored.
  3. Health and Safety and Compliance
    • Promote best practices in health and safety for all training activities.
    • Engage in CPD and complete mandatory training as required.
