This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading apprenticeship provider in the region, known for their 'Good' Ofsted rating. As a Trainer Assessor in Building Services (Heating & Ventilation), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and support to learners, ensuring they achieve successful completion of their apprenticeship or qualifications.

About the Role:
  • Job Summary: Manage a caseload of learners, delivering comprehensive training, coaching, mentoring, and assessment to guide learners toward successful completion of their apprenticeship or qualifications.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Training and Learner Support: manage an agreed caseload of learners, providing high-quality training and support at College and workplace venues.
    • Instruction and Assessment: deliver engaging training sessions to build learner KSBs and ensure EPA readiness.
  • Requirements:
    • Level 3 qualification in a relevant vocational area.
    • Level 3 TAQA or equivalent assessing qualification (or willingness to obtain).
    • Experience in further education or training environments.
