Main ResponsibilitiesAs an Employability Trainer, you will play a vital role in empowering students to develop the skills and confidence necessary to succeed in the workplace.
- Coordinate the delivery of employability skills programmes for a caseload of students across various sector-specific programmes.
- Provide academic and pastoral support to students, helping them to raise their ambition and aspiration and reach their full potential.
- Work with the Team Leader and Quality to maintain excellence and improve standards.
- Must have access to a vehicle and be willing to travel.
This role is ideal for someone experienced in delivering employability programmes to students aged 16+ and adults.
