Healthcare Homes Group is seeking a skilled Healthcare Trainer to join our Learning and Development team. As a Group Healthcare Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering inductions and face-to-face training to our new and existing colleagues across East Anglia.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering virtual inductions and face-to-face training to our care team
- Providing support and training to new and existing colleagues
- Traveling to various locations across East Anglia, with occasional overnight stays
